Pastor Matt Samuels

Pastor Matt Samuels is the lead pastor of GT Church where he has faithfully served in this role since 2013. A graduate of Oral Roberts University, he also holds a master’s degree in counseling from Lincoln Christian University. In addition to pastoral ministry, he is the owner of Elevate Counseling Services, a private practice where he helps individuals, couples and families grow in emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Pastor Matt is honored to serve on the Heart of Illinois Foundation board, using his compassion for others and decades of experience to strengthen the community. He and his lovely wife, Diva, are the proud parents of two children.
